In her 26th year of teaching languages, Julie is a strong advocate for early language instruction. She has taught ESL, Russian and Spanish to all ages and founded the K-4 Spanish program in her district in 1998, where she continues to teach. Julie is the FLES Rep for FLAME, past NNELL Rep for Maine, member of #earlylang Twitter chat team.
