Catherine Ousselin is a graduate of the University of Kansas with an M.A. in French Language and Literature. She teaches all levels of French at Mount Vernon High School. Catherine serves as the AATF Region IX Representative, Social Media Manager, Content Curator, and Technology Commission Chair. She is the current president of WAFLT-WA and is a member of ACTFL, IALLT, and AATF. Catherine was the 2017 PNCFL finalist for ACTFL Teacher of the Year.
